Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jodie 5.0What can we say, Seb was fantastic. From the moment we booked, the communication was great! The original van we had hired, was unfortunately unable to use, so Seb upgraded us, and we were so lucky to spend the weekend in Hugo. The van was immaculate. It had everything you could possibly need and more! The dining area was perfect, the bed super comfy for us and our puppy. The shower was an absolute win! We went up the central coast and kept getting stopped by people who were so impressed with the van layout, so kudos to Seb and team! We will 100% be using again! Couldn't recommend a better experience!
