Hiring rules
- No offroad
- No smoking inside
- No pets OR pets only upon application
- No festivals
- Hirer age restrictions 30+
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
- RV must return cleaned or risk a fee.
- Toilet cassette must be emptied and cleaned on return.
- Standard pickup time 9am / dropoff times are 2pm.

- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
- CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Andrew was quality to deal with, easy to contact before our trip, and during it when I couldn't figure out how to turn on the air-conditioning! 100% recommended
