- The camper needs to be returned in the same conditions as picked up please look after it and return it clean, outside and inside please!
- All damages must be reported as soon as possible
- No smoking inside the trailer please
- Don't take the camper off road as it's not covered by the insurance. All unsealed roads must be approved in camplify messages (insurance requirement)
- Please read the insurance terms and conditions
- no bait or fishing gear inside the trailer
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
