Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Craig 5.0This is a very nice, tidy, well kept and comfortable caravan. We had a non powered site and the gas powered lights and fridge were a god send! The handover was detailed and helpful! It was a pleasure to tow.

We got the expander because we (2 adults + 2 kids 11&12) were taking 2 Nana's away with us and needed the extra room without having to put the dining table up and down everyday. In the end we only took 1 nan away however, we would've had plenty of room. It was easy to tow and park and came with "how to" videos we could watch if we got stuck. Sam was great and showed us what we needed to know at pick up and was available 24/7 via whats app if we had any questions. We needed to take our own linen, utensils, plates, bowls etc which took a heap of room so would leave extra room to travel with your own.
