Hiring rules
- No smoking inside vehicle ,vehicle not to go off road not a fwd,van to be returned with full fuel tank,travel allowance of 200 klms per day ( for total days booked overall)after that .30 per klm

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

John 4.8Great van - especially for a younger traveller. Very flexible space and maneouverable vehicle. Fans worked well and allowed good sleep during very hot weather. Window coverings took a little figuring out and care when arranging. Kelly very easy to deal with and gave clear instructions. Maybe a bit more info in the written package would have helped with getting the windows sorted. Kelly great to deal with.
