^^ What makes this caravan perfect for your adventure ? ^^ We lived in this caravan for 6 months. It was our home and the additions we included when purchasing made it very comfortable for our family! We are pet friendly on request. Please ensure you provide details including breed and age of pets. Please also keep in mind any caravan sites you plan to stay at to ensure they are pet friendly! SLEEPING - * Sleeps 5 - 1 queen bed with pillow top mattress, 3 x 6ft bunks separated by a curtain * sirocco fans for each bed * charging outlets and reading lights for each bed * bed rail available for younger kids KITCHEN/LIVING * large compressor fridge with separate freezer * 3 x gas burners, 1 x electric burner, separate grill and oven, microwave, nespresso coffee machine (pods not supplied) * TV on a swivel bracket * L shaped dinette that drops down to a day lounge (not suitable for an extra bed due to the shape of the cushions * loads if storage! * toaster, kettle and coffee machine all supplied (to supply own coffee) * in roof reverse cycle air-conditioner, as well as a diesel heater under the bed * front loader washing machine BATHROOM * full ensuite. Toilet, vanity and separate shower. OUTSIDE - * large awning, must not be used in windy weather. Comes with ropes and pegs * a full shade room annex available. Easy to install, just slides in and Velcros together. To provide extra privacy or security for little ones (works better when not on a concrete slab) * BBQ slide with weber BBQ * outdoor entertainment hatch with a second TV WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER? Our service fee covers incidentals like gas, pantry items, laundry of linen and general maintenance. Please note. It does not cover cleaning. Van must be returned in same condition as collected. All rubbish removed. Benches wiped clean, dishes washed and away, any external dirt cleaned, floors swept. If you prefer, select the clean it option for $300.00. Toilet must be returned empty, cleaned and rinses inside and out. $200.00 fee applies if returned otherwise. Located on the Gold Coast. We can be flexible for pickup from our storage location. Delivery and set up options are available also! Don't tow? Just want to have a vacay at a local caravan park, we can deliver the van to the park, set it up, and come and pack it up! Discuss your plans with us and we can try make it work! Delivery and collection can only occur after 3pm weekdays or any time weekends and pre arranged. $150.00 delivery full set up and pack down fee applies. Prefer to go off grid? 2 x 170w solar panels Solar regulator 2 x 95litre water tanks 1 x 95 litre grey water tank 2 x 9kg gas bottles Please note - PowerPoint's, microwave and air-conditioner can not be used off grid.

Hiring rules

• No smoking inside the van or under the awning $200.00 fee applies
• Not to be towed on gravel or dirt roads or on the beach unless arranged previously
• Toilet must be cleaned inside and out, including full rinse of the cassette. $200.00 fee applies
• Caravan must be returned as collected. All rubbish removed, benches wiped down, swept. Alternatively select for the caravan to be cleaned $199.00 van only or $299.00 with toilet cleaning fee.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
