Special towing information

For most cars, the van will not require a levelling system. A 12 pin and grey Anderson plugs on your car would be an advantage but not essential, I can supply an adapter to suit your cars 7 pin flat plug. We supply a “how to” YouTube video of all the features of the van as well as how to hitch up, towing tips, setting up and other reference material to assist the renter in the use of the van.

Comfy 192cm x 150cm innerspring mattress with mattress protector is a walk around for ease of access. The van is cleaned and disinfected after each use then again prior to you taking delivery.

Hiring rules

  • The van must be returned with the toilet cassette empty.
  • 12 pin trailer plug and grey Anderson plug an advantage but not essential.
  • Electric brake controller essential, I can arrange to have one installed on your car the day of collection with two weeks notice.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
