Hiring rules
- Hirer must empty toilet cassette and flush thoroughly, any waste left in cassette will attract $125.00 sanitation fee
- OFF ROAD will be considered, please discuss your travel arrangements prior. If agreed, you will be responsible for cleaning inside and outside. A cleaning fee may be applied if not cleaned adequately.
- CARAVAN IS NOT TO BE TAKEN ON THE BEACH.
- NO SMOKING IN OR AROUND CARAVAN
- PETS WILL BE CONSIDERED. We prefer small pets. Caravan must be returned completely clean with no remains of pet hair, additional cleaning fee charged for pet hair. $125.00

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We arrived just as the van had been set up and Ben talked us through absolutely everything, even checking in halfway through the trip to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. We would highly recommend hiring any van from Ben & Emily and hope to deal with them again in the future.
