  • All equipment (bbq, chairs, tables, other) and utensils (crockery, cutlery, other) must be cleaned and as per the conditioned loaned
  • Any faults or damage must be recorded and shared without delay including photos and details for remediation
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
