If you love camping but also appreciate a few comforts, The Great Southern Camper gives you the best of both worlds. It sleeps up to 6 and is surprisingly spacious once set up. With two comfortable fold-out double beds, a convertible dining area and plenty of headroom, it feels light, open and connected to the outdoors. It's one of those campers that people are always surprised by when they see it in person. The outdoor kitchen is where everyone naturally gathers. There's a large stainless-steel bench, sink with running water, 4-burner gas stove and a huge pull-out pantry, so there's plenty of room to cook proper meals together instead of relying on an esky and takeaway. We provide crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans, a kettle, stovetop toaster and a plunger coffee maker—just bring your own bedding, towels and favourite food. The large Dometic dual-zone fridge/freezer and additional drinks fridge mean there's room for fresh food, cold drinks and everything you need for a few days away. Inside you'll find loads of clever storage, including under-seat storage, external lockers and a large front storage box, so it's easy to keep everything organised and the living space uncluttered. The camper is fully off-grid with solar power, generous water storage and off-road capability (by prior agreement), giving you the freedom to camp well beyond powered caravan parks. Whenever possible, we fill the water tanks with fresh rainwater before your trip. If you're staying a little longer, the full awning, annex floor, side walls and front wall create a comfortable outdoor living area that's perfect for cooking, relaxing or escaping the weather. There's also an outdoor shower, diesel heater for cooler nights and warm red lighting inside, creating a cosy atmosphere after dark without the harsh glare of bright white LEDs. If you're holidaying around Denmark, Albany, Mount Barker, Peaceful Bay or Walpole, our Ready-to-Camp service means we'll deliver the camper to your campsite, set everything up before you arrive and return to pack it away when your holiday is over.
