Hiring rules

• 🚫 ROAD RESTRICTIONS
• Vehicles must stay on sealed roads, the only exception is a well maintained access road less than 10kms leading to a recognised campground. Strictly no driving through flooded waterways on beaches, sand, tracks, fire trails, 4WD tracks, paddocks or unsealed roads. The hirer is responsible for any damage, recovery costs, inspection fees, or insurance exclusions resulting from prohibited road use. Please review the insurance terms and exclusions before your trip.
• 🚬 NO SMOKING
• Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the caravan.
• 🧹 CLEANING
• Please return the caravan in the same condition it was provided.
• This includes:
• Interior cleaned
• Exterior reasonably clean
• Fridge emptied and cleaned
• All rubbish removed
• Equipment cleaned and packed away
• A minimum cleaning fee of $100.00 may apply if the caravan is returned in an unsatisfactory condition.
• 🚽 TOILET CASSETTE
• If the caravan is equipped with a toilet, the cassette must be emptied and rinsed before return.
• Additional servicing fees may apply if this is not completed.
• 🦍 DAMAGE
• Please treat the caravan and all fittings with care.
• Any damage, faults, or incidents must be reported immediately. We aim to work together to achieve a fair
• outcome where damage occurs.
• A "you break it, you pay for it" policy applies for damage caused during the hire period.
• 🔌 TOWING RESPONSIBILITIES
• It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure their tow vehicle is suitable and legally compliant for towing this caravan.
• Please drive to road conditions and regularly check:
• Hitch connection
• Safety chains
• Electrical connection
• Tyre pressures🌬️
• AWNING
• If using the awning:
• • Use the supplied tiedown kit at all times.
• • Secure each awning leg
• • Never leave the awning unattended.
• • The awning must be packed away overnight.
• • The awning must be packed away whenever you leave the campsite.
• If weather conditions become windy, rainy, or uncertain, retract the awning immediately.
• Awning damage is one of the most common and expensive caravan repairs and is not considered fair wear and tear..

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
