Meet Jagger, our compact and comfortable JPod X – the perfect holiday companion for couples, solo adventurers, and first-time campers. Lightweight and easy to tow, it's ideal for vehicles with smaller towing capacities and for those with limited towing experience. With a quick and simple setup, you'll spend less time working and more time relaxing, exploring, and making memories. Please also make sure you are aware of the following: - All hires require a 4 day minimum when booking. This excludes school holidays where a 7 day minimum applies. * NO PICK UP OR RETURNS ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS - A 25% deposit is required within 24hrs of the booking being approved. Remaining balance payable 30 days prior to pick up. If the booking is less than 30 days away, full payment is due upon booking. - A limit of 200 kilometres per day applies. All excess kilometres are charged at $1.00 per kilometre. Any excess kilometre charges are to be paid via EFTPOS upon return of the vehicle.

Hiring rules

  • 1. The Jpod must be towed on sealed roads at all time, with exception of well maintained access roads of less than 10km in length used to access camping grounds.
  • 2. The Jpod must not be towed through flood waters, or on roads or other areas that are at risk of flooding or that have been closed by any public or statutory authority or in respect of which had warnings issued by any public or statutory authority.
  • 3. No smoking inside of the Jpod.
  • 4. No pets allowed inside of the Jpod.
  • 5. Please ensure the Jpod is returned cleaned and to the condition it was in at the commencement of the hire.
  • 7. Soft luggage & bedding only to be stored inside the Jpod No bikes, portable fridges, hard luggage or large heavy items etc.
  • 8. A limit of 200 kilometres per day applies. All excess kilometres are charged at $1.00 per kilometre. Any excess kilometre charges are to be paid via EFTPOS upon return of the vehicle.
  • 10. No festivals.
  • 11. All drivers/towers must be 25 years of age or older.
  • 12. The Jpod must be collected and returned at the time agreed between the hirer and Jayco Newcastle. Failure to return at the agreed time will result in additional charges.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
