Delivery & Full Setup: How It Works Our tiered delivery pricing provides a seamless, stress-free "walk-in, walk-out" holiday. When you book delivery, your fee covers the extensive logistics required to transport and manage a heavy caravan: Four Separate Trips: For every booking, our tow vehicle must drive to the site and back twice (once for drop-off, once for pickup). A 100 km campsite means our vehicle clocks 400 km of heavy-towing road travel and commercial fuel consumption. Complete Premium Setup: We handle precision leveling, stabilizer deployment, awning setup, and full connection of water, power, and drainage utilities before you arrive. Walk-Away Convenience: At the end of your stay, you simply pack your bags and go. We return to handle the complete pack-down and return towing. Custom Distances: Distances beyond our standard 150 km radius can be accommodated upon request—please message us directly for a custom quote.

Hiring rules

• No smoking inside van
• 200km travel distance allowed per hire day, there will be 30c/km surcharge for distances over. This will be calculated based on total days hired / distance travelled. Eg 4 day hire will be allowed 800km total. If the hirer travels 900km they will be charged for the extra 100km. 100km @ 30c will equate to $30.00.
• No Beach Driving/Camping
• GENERAL:
• It is your responsibility to ensure your tow vehicle has the correct towing capacity for the caravan you have booked.
• No Smoking or vaping in or near the Caravans. A smokers cleaning fee of $300.00 will be charged if this is not adhered to.
• Small Pets are allowed but must remain off all the beds & furniture at all times. All pet hair must be cleaned & no traces remaining. Failure to do this will incur a cleaning fee of $300.00.
• No Loose items to be placed on the floor of the caravan, everything must be in a cupboard this is to prevent items moving whilst driving & causing damage.
• Ensure that any extra items loaded in the caravan are distributed evenly. (if you are not sure where to pack things ask us).
• Off road or beach driving IS NOT ALLOWED in this caravan however, short approved gazetted dirt roads are fine. Please ensure you drive to the road conditions.
• If you abandon the caravan at any point during your hire, the full cost of recovery & any associated cleaning charges will be at your cost.
• Sheets must be used on the beds even when using a sleeping bag (this is to keep the mattress & mattress protector free of dirt Thank you. Heavily soiled or stained mattress protectors will incur a treatment & launder or replacement fee.
• Report any damage to us, even if minor so we can make sure it is replaced/fixed for the next hire. We understand that accidents happen so will work with you in conjunction with Camplify to rectify things where needed.
• The caravan must be free of any mud, sand, pet hair & red dust (both inside & outside) unless you have paid the extra cleaning fee for us to do it for you. This fee can be added & paid for at pick up or on return of the van if you realise you will need this. Failure to adhere to this will result in a cleaning fee of up to $300.00
• Emptying & cleaning the toilet will incur a $200.00 fee if not done before returning the van to us
• We ask that you leave the inside of the van tidy with all dishes washed, food spills wiped up, rubbish thrown away & floors swept out.

• We have included cleaning items for your convenience these include:
• Dishwashing liquid, Multipurpose surface spray, Broom, Cloths, Dish sponge, Tea Towels ,door mat & dustpan & brush.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
