For your comfort and convenience, the van comes fully prepared with fresh bed linen, sheets, and pillows supplied. Also included are the basic camping essentials such as cooking utensils, crockery and an outdoor table & camp chairs are included. Simply arrive, unpack and start enjoying your adventure without the hassle of bringing your own camping gear! To allow you the flexibility to tailor your camping experience to your own needs, all other camping equipment and consumables are to be supplied at the hirer's expense. This includes items such as food, beverages, towels and any personal camping accessories you may require during your trip.

Hiring rules

  • General Care
  • Please treat the van as if it were your own and return it in a clean, tidy, and presentable condition.
  • All rubbish must be removed prior to return.
  • Any damage, breakages, or faults must be reported immediately.
  • The hirer is responsible for ensuring the van is secured when unattended.
  • Smoking & Vaping
  • Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the van at any time.
  • Evidence of smoking or vaping inside the van may result in additional cleaning charges.
  • Pets
  • No pets are permitted inside the van.
  • Please contact us prior to booking if you wish to discuss petfriendly options.
  • Fire Safety
  • No campfires, fire pits, BBQs, or open flames are permitted within the immediate vicinity of the van, awning, or annex area.
  • Fires must be maintained in designated campground fire pits and in accordance with local regulations.
  • Never leave a fire unattended.
  • Cooking & Appliances
  • Use all appliances as intended and follow manufacturer instructions where provided.
  • Ensure gas appliances are turned off when not in use.
  • Clean the outdoor kitchen after use.
  • Bedding & Linen
  • Linen and pillows are provided for your convenience.
  • Please treat all bedding with care and notify us of any accidental damage or staining.
  • OffRoad Use
  • The Wren is not to be driven on beaches, through saltwater, or in conditions that may cause damage to the van.
  • Please use common sense and avoid tracks that exceed the van's capabilities.
  • Respect for Future Guests
  • Leave the van as you found it so the next adventurer can enjoy the same experience.
  • Return all supplied items to their original location.
  • Ensure the interior and exterior are left in a clean and respectable condition.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
