Additional information
Our camper vans are designed to be largely self-sufficient when it comes to power. Each vehicle is equipped with a 200Ah lithium battery system and a 2000W inverter, providing enough stored energy to comfortably run the vehicle’s onboard electrical systems for approximately 2–3 days without needing to connect to external power. The vans are also fitted with solar charging, which helps replenish the battery during daylight hours. Under good weather conditions with consistent solar input, the vehicle can typically remain off-grid for 3–4 days before requiring a recharge. When staying at a campsite with a mains power connection, the battery system can be continuously supported and recharged, allowing guests to operate the vehicle’s electrical systems throughout their stay without concern about battery capacity. In summary: • Off-grid with no solar contribution: approximately 2–3 days of power. • Off-grid with good solar charging conditions: approximately 3–4 days of power. • Connected to campsite mains power: unlimited operation for the duration of the stay.
Hiring rules
- To help ensure a safe and enjoyable trip for everyone, please note the following conditions:
- 1. Drivers must hold a full and valid driver's licence and be approved through Camplify prior to collection.
- 2. The vehicle must only be driven on sealed roads. Unsealed roads, beach driving, river crossings, and offroad use are not permitted.
- 3. No travel on islands unless prior written approval has been obtained.
- 4. No driving between 6:00pm and 6:00am on rural roads, highways, or freeways.
- 5. The vehicle must not be overloaded and must only carry the maximum number of passengers specified.
- 6. Smoking and vaping inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
- 7. Pets are not permitted unless approved prior to booking.
- 8. The vehicle must be returned in a reasonably clean condition, with all supplied equipment and accessories accounted for.
- 9. Hirers are responsible for any tolls, traffic infringements, parking fines, or associated administration fees incurred during the rental period.
- 10. Additional drivers must be registered and approved before the commencement of the hire.
- 11. The camper is fitted with a solar system designed to assist power usage; however, guests may still need to connect to 240V power or drive regularly to maintain battery charge depending on usage.
- 12. Any accidents, damage, breakdowns, or faults must be reported immediately.
- By booking this vehicle, guests agree to comply with all vehicle operating instructions and rental conditions provided prior to departure.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
