Deliveries within 20km are offered at a discounted rate. 30KM - 40KM = $110.00 Darlington Park 40KM - 50KM = $120.00 Bigriggen, Andrew drynan (running creek), Flanagan Reserve, Stinson Park. 50KM - 60KM = $130.00 Moogerah Gordon Country= $450.00 For all other locations, Delivery fee $2.00/km, this is only when the van is attached to the car. Delivery fee covers transport to and from your campsite, along with complete setup and pack‑down of the caravan at your site for a hassle‑free start and finish to your trip. All onboard electrical appliances are fully test and tag compliant, ensuring safe and reliable operation throughout your hire.

Hiring rules

  • Cleaning & Toilet Rules
  • Cleaning and Waste Disposal: The Hirer must return the caravan in a clean and tidy condition, with all personal belongings removed and all waste tanks (including toilet and grey water tanks) fully emptied.
  • If the caravan is not returned in a clean condition or with waste tanks emptied, the Hirer will be liable for a cleaning fee $150.00 and Disposable fee for toilet $200.00
  • A post‑hire cleaning service can be purchased as an optional extra and must be added at the time of booking.
  • The caravan must be returned by 2:00pm on the final day of hire.
  • If you do not return the Equipment on the End Date (or any extended date or time that both Parties agree to in writing) then:
  • Late Return Fee: Late return of the Equipment will incur the Late Return Fee. If the Equipment is returned more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day;
  • you must compensate us in for any loss we suffer (including all reasonable additional costs we incur in recovering the Equipment) up to the time that the Equipment is recovered by us.
  • All Go Vans Adventures caravans are fitted with a GPS tracker.
  • Behaviour & Safety
  • No smoking, vaping, or lighting candles inside the caravan.
  • No climbing or sitting on the roof.
  • No unauthorised repairs.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    This is the best van we have ever hired. Shaun was prompt at replying to any queries we had prior to our holiday. We opted to have the van delivered which was great, Shaun met us there and thoughly went through all aspects of the van. The van itself was extremely clean and well stocked for a short break, easy to use and came with its own bedding and towels which is great when you are a family. We would definately book with Shaun again
