Hiring rules
- Roof top tent attached to van is not part of this rental, please do not open the roof top tent.
- 1. No Smoking or Vaping
- Inside the van, under the awning, or near the doors.
- Any smoke smell = full cleaning fee.
- 2. No Off‑Road Driving
- Sealed roads and well‑maintained gravel only.
- No beaches, no sand, no 4WD tracks.
- 3. Treat the Bed Like Your Own
- No eating on the bed.
- No wet clothes, no sunscreen, no sand.
- Linen must be used at all times.
- 4. Keep the Van Clean
- Rubbish out daily.
- Return the van tidy, swept, and wiped down.
- 5. Fuel Policy
- Return with the same fuel level you received it.
- Wrong fuel = full repair cost
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
