Sealed roads and designated holiday parks/campsites only. ・❌ STRICTLY NO FREE CAMPING / NO BEACH DRIVING. ・❌ NO CANDLES of any description are to be lit or used within the van at any time due to strict fire safety. 🧽 What Does the Service Fee Cover? The service fee is a small contribution towards the operational costs of each hire. This includes: ・Kitchen consumables (dish soap, sponges, etc.) ・Gas bottle top-ups ・Pre-handover professional clean and safety check ⚠️ Note: The standard service fee DOES NOT cover heavy dirt such as mud, sand, or salt. 🧽 Return Cleaning Policy & Expectations: ・The caravan must be returned in the same clean condition it was hired out in, with the exception of general minor wear and tear. ・⚠️ IF RETURNED DIRTY: If you do not choose the pre-paid cleaning option and the van is returned with interior or exterior sand, mud, or heavy dirt, a $150.00 heavy cleaning fee will be strictly charged from your bond. ・💡 Tip: Save $50.00 and secure peace of mind! If you already know you won't have time to clean the sand or mud off the van after your trip, please select the $100.00 "Clean the van for me" option at checkout, and we’ll take care of everything for you. 🆘 Emergency & Breakdown Protocol: ・Your safety is our absolute priority. If you hear any unusual sounds or have any safety concerns while towing or parked, please pull over immediately in a safe location. ・In the event of an accident or breakdown: Get off the road, stay safe, and immediately call Camplify on 1300 416 133. They will coordinate with roadside assistance (NRMA). Once you are safe and the call is made, please contact me immediately!

Hiring rules

• ・Strictly NO SMOKING and NO PETS inside the caravan at any time. Any breach will incur a professional cleaning fee deducted from the bond.
• ・Strictly NO OFFROAD / NO FESTIVALS / NO BEACH DRIVING. The caravan must only be driven on sealed roads and inside designated caravan/camping parks.
• ・An electric brake controller is legally required to tow this caravan. If your vehicle does not have a builtin controller, you must select and hire our portable unit ($50.00 per hire).
• ・Your towing vehicle must have a minimum braked towing capacity of 2,252kg. We will verify your vehicle specifications prior to handover.
• ・The primary hirer named on the Camplify contract must present a valid driver's licence in person at pickup. No thirdparty towing is permitted.
• ・The caravan must be returned in the same clean condition it was hired out in. If it is returned with unscheduled heavy dirt, mud, sand, or salt, a $150.00 heavy cleaning fee will be strictly charged from your bond. (Save $50.00 by preselecting our $100.00 "Clean the van for me" option at checkout!)

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
