Hiring rules

- • Must be set up on powered sites only
- • Hirer must be confident towing or willing to receive handover instructions
- • Please return the van in a clean and tidy condition
- • All equipment and items to be returned as provided
- • Any damage or issues must be reported immediately
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
