Hiring rules

  • To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow the additional rules:
  • 🚭 No Smoking
  • Strictly NO smoking or vaping inside the van. (Any evidence will result in additional cleaning fees).
  • 🧼 The van must be returned in the same condition as the hirer receives it.
  • (Additional cleaning fees will apply if the van is not returned in a satisfactory condition).
  • 🚽 Toilet cassette must be emptied and rinsed before return. Shower and bathroom area must be left clean.
  • (Failure to do so will incur an additional cleaning fee).
  • 📋 Handover Requirements include hirers must attend both the prehire and posthire inspections. Handover times must be agreed upon in advance. (Late arrivals or missed times may incur additional fees).
  • 🌬️ Awning must be rolled in during excessive weather conditions.
  • (Any damage caused by misuse will be charged to the hirer).
  • 🐾 No pets allowed
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
