  • General Use
  • Vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was collected.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the van.
  • Only licensed drivers listed in the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.
  • Sleeping & Interior
  • Pets are allowed, but not on beds, sofas, or cushions unless protective covers are used.
  • Keep the interior clean and free from sand, dirt, and food spills.
  • Bedding provided is for use inside the van only.
  • Kitchen & Appliances
  • All cooking equipment, fridge, and appliances should be cleaned after use.
  • Do not use appliances while the vehicle is in motion.
  • Gas and electricity must be turned off when not in use.
  • Driving & Safety
  • Obey all road rules and speed limits.
  • Offroad or 4WDonly areas are not permitted unless preapproved.
  • Always secure loose items before driving.
  • Awning & Exterior
  • Use the electric awning only when the vehicle is stationary.
  • Avoid using the awning in strong winds or heavy rain.
  • External showers should be used with care to avoid water damage.
  • Fuel & Utilities
  • Return the van with the same fuel level as at pickup.
  • Grey and black water tanks must be emptied before returning, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Solar and battery systems are to be used according to instructions.
  • Booking & Conduct
  • Treat the van with respect; any damage must be reported immediately.
  • Quiet hours are to be observed in camping grounds.
  • Failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
