Delivery & Setup We deliver Elphaba direct to your campsite, fully set up and ready to go — awning out, power on, water filled. At the end of your hire, we collect and pack down. No towing stress, just turn up and enjoy. What's Included Kitchen essentials (cutlery, plates, pots, pans), camp chairs and table, basic pantry (tea, coffee, sugar), full gas bottle, and board games for the kids. Linen (sheets, pillows, blankets) included — just BYO towels. Delivery Area We deliver within 50 km of the Sunshine Coast. Delivery fee applies based on distance. Minimum Hire 3 nights minimum (peak periods may be longer) Discounts Ask about extended hire discounts for bookings of 7+ nights.

• $100.00 — toilet not emptied/cleaned
• $200.00 — general dirty return
• $250.00 — full deep clean required
• Report damage immediately with photos
• No offroad unless discussed
• All equipment and accessories must be returned in the same condition as provided. Any missing, damaged, or broken items will be charged at replacement cost. A full inventory is provided at delivery. Please report any damage or breakage during your hire — accidents happen, honesty is appreciated!

  We recently hired a caravan from Kit for a stay at Cotton Tree, and honestly, the whole experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, everything had already been delivered and set up perfectly. It was positioned spot on, fully secured, and clearly done by someone who takes real pride in what they do. The added privacy setup gave us great peace of mind, especially being in a public area. The caravan itself was absolutely immaculate. It was presented in a really clean, modern condition, you could tell straight away that its extremely well maintained. Everything inside was spotless, from the kitchen to the bathroom, and it genuinely felt like stepping into a brand-new van. Not a single thing was out of place. Comfort-wise, it was brilliant. The bed was incredibly comfortable we both slept really well every night, which isnt always guaranteed when youre away. The air conditioning worked perfectly too, cooling the van quickly and keeping it at a really comfortable temperature even during the hotter parts of the day. All the amenities were there and worked exactly as they should. The shower had great pressure and stayed consistently hot, which was a big bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and all appliances worked flawlessly, making the whole stay feel easy and hassle-free. What really stood out was how smooth and stress-free everything was. Kit was great to deal with, communication was clear, and everything was organised ahead of time so we could just turn up and enjoy ourselves. We had a fantastic stay and wouldnt hesitate to book with Kit again. If youre looking for a high-quality, clean, and professionally set-up caravan experience, Id highly recommend him.

  Wow! Dont even hesitate to book this amazing caravan, you wont regret it! We had the most amazing 3 nights away in Elphaba and wouldnt possibly have been happier. The Caravan is a Howie on wheels and every bit as comfortable as a beautiful home. She was immaculately presented, lovely and spacious, VERY comfortable and had absolutely everything you could need for time away. It was such a luxury to arrive to a complete set up and just bring our bags and food inside and kick back on one of the very comfy recliner chairs. Everything is immaculately clean, plenty of space for a family, HUGE private outdoor area and extremely comfortable beds. We slept in every morning thanks to the plush bed and block out blinds. Im already planning to book her again and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a hassle free and relaxing holiday. Solid 5 stars!
