Hiring rules
- PLEASE NOTE: From the 1st November through to 28th February our Vans are not permitted north of Exmouth due to the summer heat and remoteness. In between these times (1st March to 31st October) we will be charging a $500.00 Service fee for customers who go past Exmouth to Karinjini due to the rough roads and distances involved.
- Also we are noticing hirers taking back roads on gravel guided by Google maps that are not the main route to where you are going. If you are travelling from Esperance to Perth, you should not be taking gravel roads as a short cut. Turn around and follow the sealed roads.
- Offroad driving is allowed with agreement on a travel plan however if you scratch the paint by going through unnecessary bush tracks I WILL charge a polishing and even repainting fee as quoted to you by my panel beater. There are so many easily accessible places in WA to visit that don't involve scratching the paint!
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
