Outdoor Living: Huge roll-out awning, outdoor lighting, and high-quality BBQ & camp chairs/table included. Tech-Ready: Smart TV, Bluetooth sound system, and USB charging ports throughout. Why Choose Delivery Only? We take the "work" out of camping. We will: Deliver the van to your pre-booked site. Level and stabilize the chassis. Connect all power, fresh water, and sullage lines. Brief you on the features so you feel right at home. Pack down and tow it away when you're finished!

Hiring rules

  • Booking the Site: "Hirers must book and pay for their own campsite. Please ensure the site is suitable for a 17ft offroad caravan."
  • Free delivery within a 15km radius of Tweed Heads
  • No Smoking: "Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the van. A $500.00 professional cleaning fee applies if smoke odor is detected."
  • The Toilet Rule: "The cassette toilet must be returned empty and clean. A $200.00 'Upset Owner' fee applies if we have to empty it for you."
  • OffRoad Cleaning: "While this is an offroad van, if the van is returned with excessive dirt from an off grid campsite, a $150.00 cleaning surcharge applies."
  • Awning Care: "The awning must be retracted at night, whenever you leave the van unattended, or if winds exceed 20km/h."
  • Pet Policy (Optional): "Pets allowed on application only. Please keep pets off the upholstery and beds."
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
