Hiring rules

  • 180km per day is included (averaged across the entire trip), with additional kilometres charged at $0.50 per km.
  • Any toll road usage during your trip will be charged posthire.
  • Report any warning lights, damage or issues immediately.
  • Stick to sealed roads only.
  • Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside or near the van.
  • No indoor cooking; please use the butane stove on the slideout kitchen only.
  • No underground parking or access to areas with height restrictions.
  • Fill up with unleaded fuel only and return with a full tank.
  • Keep the van clean and refer to
  • the returns checklist provided when returning it.
  • Drive responsibly; any traffic infringements during the hire period are the responsibility of the hirer.
  • Respect the space; charges apply for loss, damage or misuse of items, damage to the vehicle or fitout, or additional cleaning beyond normal use. Full details provided in your welcome kit.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    I would definitely recommend! Had a great time exploring the Gold Coast in Yuzu, and Lucy and Luke where incredibly helpful

    Beautiful van. We had a great time and everything went smoothly. Would recommend hiring. The only hiccup was the availability of the cassette toilet, which we assumed would be part of the van but wasn't quite set up. Lucy did offer to set it up at pickup, but it would've delayed our departure by an hour or so. If that's necessary for your trip, I'd recommend checking with them before pickup.

    We had the most amazing time in Yuzu! Was perfect for our weekend away and had everything we needed. The van is really well built and maintained. Literally just need to pack some clothes and fill the fridge. Lucy was great to liaise with for the bookings and was honestly just seamless and easy. Would highly recommend hiring Yuzu for weekend getaways or even longer travels.

    Was the most beautiful van, so well thought out! Not only easy to drive, but so easy to communicate with Lucy & Luke and it made our holiday such a perfect dream. We absolutely loved staying in Yuzu!!!
