Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We were excited to book Miss Baluga, as we wanted to try a campervan instead of tenting for the long weekend in Augusta. I was so impressed with Anthonys communication and the detailed information he provided about the van right from the start. Both he and his wife were lovely to deal with, making the entire process easy and giving us confidence as we drove away with our kids to start our holiday. The van had everything we neededplenty of space, filtered running water, cooking facilities, a microwavenothing had been overlooked. Wed love to hire Miss Baluga again, as we had such a great experience.

    First time hirers of this van, first time users on camplify due to others cancelling on us! We spent 4 days travelling Augusta to bunbury, collected the van on the way and dropped it off on return. Sian and Anthony were brilliant they literally saved our lives with this hire last minute, it had everhthing we needed for 2 adults and 2 children and as family vloggers that rely on our adventures for our videos, without this van our weekend was over. Anthony threw in two extra camping chairs so we werent packing our car too much with things to load once collected and Miss beluga did not disappoint. Will 100% be back for another south west coast adventure! If you want to see her in action and what we needed her to explore then give us a sub on YouTube @ Our Goddsy Life For full length videos, were also on TikTok and Facebook etc too under the same name. Thank you to you both and we are incredibly grateful for your help!

    Tony and Sha were great, I went a day early to have a run through of the van to show me the tricks that make travelling easier and efficient. They were lovely and had great comunication throughout the whole hire period! Everything worked as it should, the van was great and was perfect for 2 people. Its alot bigger on the inside than the picture shows. Its easy and reliable to drive, never felt unsafe or uncomfortable on the long stretches! The new reversing camera let's you see everything!! All and all it was a great experience, easy, and I recommend to anyone looking to get away for the weekend. JUST DO IT!!
