• Delivery available to powered sites within 100km of Kempsey NSW at $2.00-$3.00 per km (once-off fee based on total return distance: drop-off + pick-up). Includes set-up and pack-down. Due to the increasing fuel cost this is subject to change depending on fuel cost rising. Premium Off-Grid Power Pack + Solar Panel – $25.00/day Enjoy true off-grid camping with full power for phones, laptops, lights, small appliances or fan. This is optional if you want to camp off-grid, but included with delivery setup if requested. ⚠️ Please treat the equipment with care—any accidental damage will be billed separately. Booking Response Policy To ensure a smooth booking process, all booking requests must be responded to within 24 hours. If no response is received from the hirer within this timeframe, the booking request will be declined. • Linen is not included, but can be provided for an additional $80.00. • Camper sleeps up to 6 people. • Hirer is responsible for returning the camper clean and in the same condition as received. • Please ensure your campsite can accommodate a camper trailer and has suitable access. • Happy to answer any questions before booking 😊

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Katy 3.8It was a great van, but unfortunately the fridge wasnt cold until the second day and the tap didn't work. They explained this at drop off handover, which I said was okay I could figure out, and accepted them bringing water the next morning. They tried their best to make sure it was okay by bringing water to me the next day and the communication was prompt. It was a shame our trip was only 2 nights as by the second night the fridge was cold and I wouldn't have minded the tap didn't work. It was just a shame the two things didn't work as that contributes to the trip. My food was spoilt because of this which was a shame but hopefully for the next time for someone else, it would all be sorted. I appreciate the prompt communication and bringing the water the next day.
