I can run through with you the instructions for setting up and packing away. If you are familiar with Jayco pop tops it is very straight forward, if you haven't done it before it is still easy but there are a couple of things you need to know. It can be done by 1 person in 15 minutes, but the annex in particular is easier with 2 people. I can supply electric brakes, 7 to 12 pin adaptors, and chain hooks if your car doesn't have them. The beds are supplied with an undersheet on them and pillows, we can provide extra bedding (doonahs, blankets, sleeping bags) on request for free. The gas stove inside the van is fine for boiling water and cooking rice and pasta etc. All frying, roasting, and "messsy cooking" needs to be done on the outside portable gas cooker / BBQ, thanks, to save additional cleaning costs. A 18" TV with built in DVD player is supplied but note that it has no remote so you have to use the buttons on the side, and only has a standard antenna, so may or may not get reception! Off-road use is not permitted, but most graded gravel roads and campsite access roads are fine. EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 -they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must photograph and report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. NO SMOKING inside or near the van CLEANING - Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage

Hiring rules

• There is a delivery fee of $2.00 / km, considering a round trip. For example if you want it delivered 50km away this means a round trip of 100km which will cost $200.00. This includes setting up and packing away.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
