James was easy to deal with and great with set up/pack down instructions, was fast and reliable with communication. Van was perfect for our family of 5 adventure.

James van was very neat and tidy, with everything we needed for our family trip. The van was a lot larger than we anticipated - with two queen sized beds easily accommodating two adults and two children. The Bluetooth brake and light system was easy to navigate and made towing a breeze. James helped show us how to set up and pack down and was a great van host! Thank you.

James was excellent to deal with and very responsive to messages. He took the time to show us the complete set up and pack down, to ensure that we could use all of the equipment correctly. Highly recommended.
