SLEEPING - Can sleep up to 4: 1 x Queen bed and 1 x convertible bed that would sleep children. It is approx. 1m x 1.7 m (in between a KS and D bed size). - Flyscreens + block out curtains. - Turn on the air conditioning for your own comfort (heating and cooling - when hooked up to power). KITCHEN AND DINING - Full kitchen inside. - Fridge + Freezer inside. - Full amenities for washing up. - Cookware – mugs, cups, plates/ bowls, cutlery, utensils, pots, grater, chopping boards etc - Toaster & Kettle 240V - Cleaning – spray n wipe, dishwashing supplies, dust pan/brush & broom, wipes, etc. ENSUITE – The full toilet and shower, with basin. Toilet must be cleaned (inside and out) and emptied before it is returned, or you can select the extra to have the van and/or toilet cleaned for you. STORAGE - Lots on internal storage: Pantry, drawers, hanging space, bathroom cupboards, etc. OUTDOOR - Full length Roll out Awning - Annex mat & pegs - Clothes airer & pegs - Awning Sunscreens VAN SET UP EQUIPMENT - Levelling ramp & wheel chocks - 15M freshwater hose & fittings - 10M wastewater hose - 15M 15amp extension lead SERVICE FEE - Cleaning is INCLUDED in the service fee. All we ask is that you leave the van tidy with all dishes washed & rubbish thrown away. - Cleaning products, gas bottles and wear & tear. - LINEN INCLUDED: bedding (mattress protectors, fitted sheets and doona/blanket), towels, tea towels, handtowels, bathmat. Pillows not included - BASIC ESSENTIALS INCLUDED: Cooking oil/ spray, Salt & pepper, serviettes, zip bags, cling wrap, baking paper, alfoil, paper towel, dishwashing liquid, Sponge & cleaning cloths/brush, cleaning sprays, wipes, hand soap, garbage bags, bug spray, tissues, toilet paper CLEANING - Cleaning IS INCLUDED in the service fee. All we ask is that you leave the van tidy with all dishes washed & rubbish thrown away. - If it is heavily soiled there will be extra cleaning fees taken out of your bond - We have included cleaning items for your convenience EMERGENCY / BREAKDOWNS - STOP & assess the situation & call us when it is safe to do so. We will assist you with what to do next. If we are unavailable call Camplify on 1300 416 133 to connect you through to NRMA roadside assist. PRICING & PAYMENTS - Standard Rate $100.00/day (3day min.) - Peak Rate (QLD School Holidays & Public Holidays) – $120.00/day (5day min.) - Deposits to be paid within 24 hrs of Booking being approved to secure required dates. - Final Payment 30 days before hire PICK UP & DROP OFF TIMES - Can be negotiated upon booking confirmation. We both work full time but will co-ordinate with each booking to arrange a suitable time for both parties. DELIVERY - We are happy to discuss local delivery on the Sunshine Coast as an option. Additional fee will apply. Please message me to discuss details further. ADDITONAL EXTRAS - Included: picnic rug, bins, shade, water containers - Please ask about any items you would like to hire. Ie. Table, chairs, gazebos. We may have everything you need!

Hiring rules

• No Smoking in or near the Caravan
• Pets on application, please let us know age & breed of your fur baby.
• No Loose items to be placed on the floor of the caravan, everything must be in a cupboard.
• Ensure the extra items loaded in the caravan are distributed evenly. (if you are not sure where to pack things asks us)
• No Off road or beach driving in this van. Short gravel road is OK to access your campsite/destination with approval.
• Sheets must be used on the beds even when using a sleeping bag (this is to keep the mattress & mattress protector free of dirt).
• Report any damage to us, even if minor so we can make sure it is replaced/fixed for the next hire (accidents happen so if it’s something minor like a broken glass etc, we won't charge you for that).
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
• Toilet must be emptied before it is returned to us unless you have paid the extra $130.00 for us to do it for you.
• ** Toilet Dump Points can be found in all towns, ask us if you are not sure where to do this **
• Caravan Size: This Van has a total length of approximately 7.8m (including spare tyre and gas bottles). Please quote this size when checking with the caravan park that the Caravan will fit on the site.
• not suitable for festivals. Caravan parks only.

  We were very grateful to Tahnee for allowing us to hire her van over Christmas. The van was exactly as described, very clean with everything you need to make your trip perfect. Thorough handover process. Would definitely hire again.
