Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Joshua 5.0Brendan was very helpful orienting us to the vehicle. We had a wonderful holiday in this excellent campervan. Unfortunately we had an accident in the van on our final day, after being unable to avoid driving over firewood that had fallen from a ute. Brendan was understanding and communication remained clear, professional and helpful throughout, despite damage being caused to his vehicle. He assisted with arranging towage back to Hobart. While I wish we had not had the accident, I was grateful for Brendan's calm approach to the situation and would recommend both him as a host, and the campervan, to anyone considering a holiday in Tasmania.

Kate 5.0We had the most amazing time exploring Tasmania in Neville the van. Neville had everything we could have needed and Brendan was an amazing host! The fridge was a great size and really cold and the cooking gear, plates, bowls and cutlery were perfect. Brendan is a wealth of knowledge and had some brilliant recommendations of places to go and things to see. 10/10 holiday in Neville!!
