Additional information
If towing, do they have a vehicle that has the towing capabilities eg: Tare Mass: 1300kg, Aggregate Trailer Mass (ATM): 1700kg, Towball Download Mass: kg. The camper trailer is not permitted off grid and will need to be at a powered site.
Hiring rules
- Strictly no smoking.
- A minimum hire of 3 nights is required. Delivery (if required) will only be available on public holidays/long weekends ie when delivery and pick up of caravan falls on a weekend or public holiday as we do not have a delivery driver on normal business days.
- Powered sites only, no off road camping permitted.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
