Meet Sid – Your Home on Wheels Sid is our well-equipped Toyota Hiace Commuter, set up for comfortable and stress-free road trips around New South Wales and across Australia. Easy to drive and thoughtfully laid out, Sid is perfect for weekend escapes or longer adventures. Inside you’ll find a fixed queen-size bed (no daily setup required), with generous under-bed drawers and a full-height wardrobe to keep everything organised. There’s loads of space for gear, thanks to the large rear garage storage area. Cooking is simple with the large slide-out rear kitchen, featuring a double-burner gas stove and all essential cooking equipment. The fridge/freezer can be accessed from inside or slides out the side of the van when parked — ideal for quick lunch stops or sunset drinks. Sid comes fully ready for camp life with tables and chairs included, plus an external electric shower to rinse off after beach days or hikes. To stay cool, the van has a fixed ceiling fan and a 12V wall-mounted adjustable fan, keeping airflow comfortable on warm nights. Whether you’re exploring the NSW coastline, heading inland to national parks, or roaming further afield, Sid offers a cozy, practical base to slow down, explore, and enjoy the journey.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had an amazing road trip experience with this van! Everything worked perfectly and the van was extremely comfortable, practical, and very well set up for travelling. It truly had everything we needed for a road trip. The whole process with James was super easy from start to finish. He was always available, very helpful, and communication was smooth at all times. The van was delivered in perfect condition, clean, and fully equipped, which made our trip even more enjoyable. James and his wife were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Were very grateful for such a great service and wouldnt hesitate to rent the van again. Highly recommended!
