Additional information
Black Widow includes an average travel allowance of 200 km per day, with no daily cap. Total kilometres are reviewed at the end of the trip, and any excess is charged at $0.80 per km according to Camplify’s checklist. Certain off roading may incur a small daily fee to be discussed with owner
Hiring rules
- No smoking
- Off roading can be discussed and charges may apply
- Beach driving fee $250.00. This includes an air compressor
- An under carrage inspection ($350.00) might happen for the following reasons::
- #Offroad driving
- #Driving on unsealed gravel roads. We allow around 10km (with road in good condition) to an overnight campsite, for longer roads please ask approval prior booking.
- #Driving on corrugated unsealed gravel roads. (theses road conditions can cause mayor damage to campervans)
- CLEANING You clean the vehicle on the inside, i will clean the outside (if reasonable and not full of red dust or mud). No pressure cleaner on vehicle paint.
- If you require us to clean the vehicle please advise and there will be a standard cleaning fee of $125.00
- Any red dust roads $150.00 cleaning fee.
- BBQ to be returned cleaned and gas topped up
- Off Road bookings must be approved by the owner in writing on Camplify's messages.
- The Hirer is to familiarise themselves and comply with the terms and conditions or any exclusion of insurance coverage.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
