Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Kristy & Daniel 5.0We recently hired Stuart and Catherines caravan and had such a great experience. Communication was fantastic from the beginning Stuart was incredibly helpful, responsive and easy to deal with. Unfortunately we didnt get a face-to-face handover due to circumstances out of Stuarts control, but he went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed. He provided detailed instructions, was available to answer any questions, and made the whole process feel seamless and stress-free. The caravan itself was well maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip. You can tell they really take pride in it. Were so grateful for such a smooth experience and wouldnt hesitate to hire from Stuart and Catherine again. Highly recommend!
