Hiring rules
- We do allow dogs in the caravan as long as you are more than happy to clean up when returned
- Please note that any other type of pets would need approval first
- Please clean the van as best you can before returning it
- I do ask that you remove all your rubbish and empty the fridge/freezer
- If returned with excessive mess there will possibly be a cleaning fee
- Please no heavy off road use, drive to the conditions
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Tze Sheng 5.0This Canyon caravan was absolutely fantastic! The queen bed and 2 berths were perfect for our family. The nice linens and comforters were a nice touch. The caravan was in immaculate condition with all the modern touches you'd want to make your caravaning life super comfortable - AC/heater, many fans and charging outlets, etc. Luke is a terrific guy who put a lot of thought in stocking the caravan well - be it cutlery, pots and pans, outdoor chairs, tables, toolboxes, leveler, extra hoses, it's all there! Makes you feel confident you have everything you need no matter what the situation. Looking forward to renting this caravan again!
