Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jordan 5.0I was over the moon with this rental experience. Beatle was a great van, drove well and the interior was beautiful! The wood finishing gave the van a really wonderful cabin feel. It had everything I needed for my trip and more. Willow was even kind enough to add a Bluetooth speaker so I was able to listen to my favourite music surrounded by the beautiful Tasmanian wilderness. Bed was comfy, solar had more then enough charge to power my electronics, the kitchen was lovely and easy to use and had everything I needed so didn't need to waste money on buying supplies like salt and herbs for my trip (which I always hate doing because it feels so wasteful) overall great way to experience Tasmania and Willow herself was a very lovely bright young woman and was very accommodating and kind. 5 stars for everything!
