Hiring rules
- In case of emergency, if anything unexpected happens on the road, pull over safely and call Camplify support at 1300 416 133. They’ll guide you through the next steps.
- The van has a clearance limit of 2.90m and cannot enter underground car parks, drivethrus, or other lowclearance areas. Please plan your stops accordingly.
- Please return the van with a full tank of petrol, just like when you picked it up.
- The van is built for sealed roads only, so offroad, beach, or long gravel road driving is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is not allowed inside to keep the van fresh and clean.
- The van should be returned clean inside and out. If you prefer us to take care of it, standard cleaning (interior + exterior) costs $120.00, standard cleaning including the toilet (interior + exterior + chemical toilet) costs $160.00, and cleaning the chemical toilet only costs $50.00.
- You can also add optional extras to your booking: linens for 3 people are $40.00, and bath & kitchen towels are $30.00.
- Your booking includes 150 km per day. If you go over this allowance, extra kilometres are charged at $0.30 per km.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Petr 5.0We had a great experience with this campervan and would definitely give it 5 stars. The car was easy and comfortable to drive, with no issues at all throughout the trip. The interior is very well designed practical, safe and thoughtfully arranged. A big plus for us was the microwave, which we honestly didnt expect to use that much, but it made eating on the road so much easier. Giuseppe is also clearly proud of the sound system and TV and rightly so, they were great additions to the overall comfort. Even during warmer days, the van stayed pleasantly comfortable, and on cooler nights we really appreciated the extra blanket provided. Communication with Giuseppe was smooth, friendly and easy from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this van to other travellers. Summary: 2 adults, 40 years old.
Amila 5.0Van was dead set fantastic and had a pretty good setup. It had all the amenities you needed, including an easy-to-set-up emergency shower. Good communication all round from Giuseppe.
