Hiring rules

No smoking inside the caravan
No driving on unsealed roads unless prior approval in writing.
Chopping board must be used when cooking
Hot pans not to be placed directly on work surfaces
Awning must be tied down at all times. stow away overnight if windy weather is forecast.
Any damages to be reported immediately.
Caravan Returns Policy:
A few things to check before returning the Caravan to ensure it all set for the next adventurer.
1. Toilet Cleaning: The toilet must be emptied and cleaned before returning the caravan.
2. Cleanliness: The caravan must be returned in the same clean and tidy condition as it was at pick up
• If these requirements are not met, the following cleaning fees will apply:
• Toilet Cleaning: $200.00
• Internal Cleaning: $150.00
• External Cleaning: $100.00

Hire Fee: From $190.00 per day
Service fee: $100.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
