Cleaning supplies are provided Please give the inside of the van a quick clean at the end of your hire. An additional fee will be charged if the van is returned dirty.

Hiring rules

• At this stage we are not offering tow hires. Van must be delivered and basic set up done by us to minimise the risk of damage. The van is fitted with a GPS tracker to monitor its movement.
• Delivery fee is $3.00 per km with a minimum $100.00 charge. This covers our time to drop of and set up then pack up and return the van. Please understand that I also work full time this fee wont cover the wages I loose by taking the time off to deliver.
• This van is approximately 8.5m long including the draw bar. It is the hirers responsibility to book and pay for a suitable site with no refund given for cancellation due to an incorrect site booking.
• If the site is non powered the airconditioner, washing machine, 240v power outlets and microwave wont work.
• NO Smoking or vaping inside the van. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if detected.
• No cooking inside the the van except for the microwave. There is a Webber baby Q and air fryer provided which are to be used outside of the van and cleaned after use.
• CLEANING Return the van in the same clean condition. Chemicals and cloths are provided. Excessive cleaning will incur an additional charge.
• Toilet casset must be emptied and cleaned or additional $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged
• No festivals
• Minimum Hirer age restriction of 25
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
• Our DropOff and set up fee is charge both directions i.e. If van is to be dropped at a site 50km from home, then the charge would be 100km total.
• Please treat our van as if it were your own, we have gone to significant expense to provide our guests a lovely home away from home.
• If you have ANY questions please give me a call, the only silly question is the one you don’t ask!
• We want you to get everything you can from your holiday in our van and enjoy all its wonderful features.
• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA 24/7.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We had a great weekend hiring Deans caravan. It was spacious, modern, and spotless on arrival, and it genuinely had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout made it easy to settle in, and everything felt well looked after. A big thank you to Dean and his family, especially for setting everything up for us over the Easter long weekend. Dean was fantastic to deal withquick to respond, right on time for both drop-off and pick-up, and very easy to talk to. This was our first time caravanning at a campsite and it couldnt have gone smoother. Well definitely be doing it again, and wed happily hire Deans caravan again.

  Excellent van, near new condition still and exactly as described. Was well stocked with everything you need for a quick getaway too. Deans service and communication was great and he accommodated our drop off and pick up needs no hassle at all. Highly recommend and would definitely hire again in the future.

  We had an absolutely exceptional experience hiring this van through Camplify from Dean. Everything from start to finish was seamless communication was clear, friendly, and super helpful, making the whole process stress-free. The setup and pack-up were incredibly easy, and the van itself was fantastic. It was well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the extra touches like condiments, chalk for the kids, Uno, washing line etc really made it feel like a home away from home. You honestly couldnt wish for a better van or a smoother experience. Highly recommend!

  What a beauty! I couldnt recommend Outlander enough. 5 star van with 5 star service. Dean was always willing to help when required. Dean setup the van for the 5 days and it was perfect all the way through.
