Cleaning supplies are provided Please give the inside of the van a quick clean at the end of your hire. An additional fee will be charged if the van is returned dirty.

Hiring rules

• At this stage we are not offering tow hires. Van must be delivered and basic set up done by us to minimise the risk of damage. The van is fitted with a GPS tracker to monitor its movement.
• This van is approximately 8.5m long including the draw bar. It is the hirers responsibility to book and pay for a suitable site with no refund given for cancellation due to an incorrect site booking.
• If the site is non powered the airconditioner, washing machine, 240v power outlets and microwave wont work.
• NO Smoking or vaping inside the van. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if detected.
• No cooking inside the the van except for the microwave. There is a Webber baby Q and air fryer provided which are to be used outside of the van and cleaned after use.
• CLEANING Return the van in the same clean condition. Chemicals and cloths are provided. Excessive cleaning will incur an additional charge.
• Toilet casset must be emptied and cleaned or additional $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged
• No festivals
• Minimum Hirer age restriction of 25
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
• Our DropOff and set up fee is charge both directions i.e. If van is to be dropped at a site 50km from home, then the charge would be 100km total.
• Please treat our van as if it were your own, we have gone to significant expense to provide our guests a lovely home away from home.
• If you have ANY questions please give me a call, the only silly question is the one you don’t ask!
• We want you to get everything you can from your holiday in our van and enjoy all its wonderful features.
• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA 24/7.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  What a beauty! I couldnt recommend Outlander enough. 5 star van with 5 star service. Dean was always willing to help when required. Dean setup the van for the 5 days and it was perfect all the way through.
