• Observe road rules and speed limits
• Avoid offroad, sand tracks, or unsealed paths unless agreed in advance
• 3. Smoking & Pets
• 🚭 No smoking inside Bessi
• 🐾 Pets allowed only with prior approval
• 4. Battery & Appliances
• ⚡ Follow instructions for inverter, lights, fan, coffee machine, and fridge
• Do not leave the battery flattened – recharge by driving or using sun exposure if needed
• 5. Gas & Water
• 🔥 Follow the gas stove instructions for safe use
• 💧 Use water pump and tank responsibly – don’t overfill
• 6. Cleaning & Return
• Bessi must be returned in the same condition as pickup

  We had an amazing experience hiring Bessie! The van was incredibly well set up and had absolutely everything we needed for our trip. There was plenty of storage, the fridge was a great size and easily fit all of our food, and the water system was fantastic. The water bladder held plenty of water, making it easy to refill our drink bottles and even some post swim cold showers. Refilling the water tank was also quick and straightforward. The bed was really comfortable, and all the linen and bedding were provided, which made packing so much easier. The kitchen was well equipped, with plenty of cooking utensils, a kettle, and even a pod coffee machine, which was such a nice treat each morning! We were also able to charge our phones overnight, which was a fantastic bonus, and the van had excellent lighting that made it feel really comfortable and practical after dark. Bessie herself was an absolute pleasure to drive, and we had no issues at all throughout the trip. Liam was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Communication was excellent, the handover was smooth and stress-free, and he provided clear instructions from the beginning, so we felt confident before setting off. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better van or host. We would happily hire Bessie again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Bessie and Liam to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and thoughtfully equipped van for their next adventure!

  Needed a van last minute due to a cancellation from another company and Liam was super helpful and quick to reply, I put in the request and was able to pick up the car the next day. The handover was easy and the van had everything I needed for a week of travelling, its very spacious, clean and was good on fuel. I had no issues at all and would 100% hire again.

  Van has all you need.well decked out. Able to stand inside Bed comfortable. Older manual van but drives very well. Good value.
