Hiring rules

• 🆘 EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, or the temperature guage spikes, or you hear any strange noises or strange symptoms while driving, please immediately pull over and call me :)
• 🚫 NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads / UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of coverage. IF there is evidence of unapproved unsealed driving a $300.00 fee will apply for thorough undercarriage damages inspection by a qualified mechanic.
• 🚬 No smoking inside the van
• 🧹CLEANING Please return the van in the same condition it was taken, this includes being as clean on the inside and outside as it was on pickup, with all equipment used cleaned and stored away properly, fridge cleaned and all rubbish removed. A cleaning fee of $100.00 minimum will be charged if the van is not brought back clean.
• 🦍 DAMAGE Please be gentle with the fitout and any delicates such as curtains. Please report any and all damage and we can work together to get to a fair outcome. I take pride in my vans and expect them to be treated well there is a 'you break it, you pay for it' policy. If you are gentle with the equipment, you won't have issues with damage!
• 🛣️ DISTANCE Please adhere to kilometre allowance 300k per day averaged over the trip. $1.00 per K will be charged for excess K's
• ⛽ FUEL PETROL Tank will be filled with Premium Fuel when you collect the vehicle. Please return the van with a full tank of Fuel.
• VAN is Petrol
• Awning 💨🌬️ Only use the awning when it is not windy. If there is ever a doubt in windy conditions, its always best to take down the awning because they are very expensive to replace.
