Availability

Hiring rules

• No smoking inside the van
• Offroad driving is strictly prohibited
• If the van is used at a festival, it must be cleaned inside and out as per the cleaning instructions in the welcome message. Failure to do so will result in a $110.00 cleaning fee per hour
• Tolls are charged at the end of the booking
• Issues regarding the fridge and battery are not refundable
• Pickup & Dropoff
• Pickup and dropoff times are flexible – please discuss your preferred times in advance
• Hires must be extended if continuing into the next calendar day. If not extended, the vehicle may be disabled and towed back at the hirer's expense
• The vehicle must be returned to the same location it was picked up from. Towing fees or a $110.00 per hour retrieval fee will apply
• Fuel & Cleanliness
• The van must be returned with a full tank of fuel
• Please return the van clean inside and out
• If not returned clean, a $110.00 per hour cleaning fee will apply
• If the "Clean Van" option was selected, the cleaning fee does not apply
• A $50.00 refuelling fee plus fuel cost will apply if the vehicle is not returned full
• Kilometre Allowance
• 200 km per day allowance applies, calculated over the total length of the trip
• Example: A 5day booking allows 1,000 km total
• Extra kilometres will be charged at $0.50 per km
• Driver Requirements
• The primary renter and all additional drivers must present a valid, unrestricted driver's license at pickup
• If using a nonEnglish license, you must also provide an accredited English translation or an International Driving Permit, and a valid passport
• Drivers who do not meet these requirements are not covered by insurance
• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older
• Vehicle Technology & Roadside Assistance
• If you are travelling out of mobile reception, do not turn off Bluetooth or location services on your phone. The van uses our app to start, and turning these off will result in loss of access to your digital key
• If access is lost, the van will need to be towed to an area with reception at your own cost to restore access
• In the event of a breakdown, flat tyre, or mechanical issue, call Campify Roadside Assistance
• Do not attempt to fix the vehicle yourself. You are not covered by insurance for selfrepairs

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  The easiest booking I have ever delt with. Van was perfect for the occasion Very clean bed was big, lots of extra place for suitcases and food! All round the best decision I couldve made for my holiday!

  Positives - Adrian was very responsive and very helpful at all times. - the van was very clean and the facilities were as expected - the fuel economy was okay. We drove to byron and back on one tane of fuel. Room for improvement - having an adrioid phone meant that that I could not park the car in places where there was no signal. This proved to be rather inconvenient due to aus general signal. The system uses a smart key which I will choose to not use again. - the sat nav (smart screen) worked very well, however it was not bright enough to see in bright weather.

  Great short holiday. The van was very well kept and equipped. The van drove very well, and there was nothing missing from what was advertised The double bed was very comfortable! We had a small hiccup with the SmartCarKey app, which was not working for Android (apparently the Iphone app works ok), so we had to set off the app and only use the physical key. No problem for me with this Adrian was very helpful to sort everything out at the check-in. Would do it again!

  The van was fantastic. Simple setup with everything you need. Easy to drive and operate all the bits and bobs, like the battery, fridge etc. Adrian was super communicative and friendly to deal with. The only challenge is that the digital locking system means you cant completely disconnect from the real world as you need your phone to operate, but thats the only minor criticism I can think of - Highly recommend!!
