Hiring rules

  • * No smoking.
  • * If any engine lights come up on the dashboard, pull over immediately and call camplify 1300 416 133.
  • * All hires include a full tank upon pick up/delivery. Please return with a full tank of diesel.
  • * The van inclusions and accessories to be returned in a tidy state.
  • * If damage occurs you must call me immediately. Keep note regarding the details of the incident and photos if possible.
  • * Please note that long trip hires include an allowance of up to 200km per day, which is included in the standard booking price. Any excess kilometres will incur a charge of $0.25c per kilometre, which will be calculated upon the vehicle’s return. For example, a 4day hire includes 800 km of travel.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a very comfortable holiday in the van. We enjoyed the fact that it was solar powered so we could camp in an unpowered area . Easy to drive

    Van was exactly as described. Benjamin was easy to communicate with. The van was easy to drive and bed very comfortable. I didnt need to use the cooking facilities but everything you would need was included
