Additional information
To protect the condition of the caravan, we strictly prohibit any off road journeys. Caravan will need to be at a powered site.
Hiring rules
- Smoking in the caravan is strictly prohibited.
- A minimum hire of 3 nights is required. Delivery (if required) will only be available on public holidays/long weekends ie when delivery and pick up of caravan falls on a weekend or public holiday as we do not have a delivery driver on normal business days.
- Powered sites only, no off road permitted.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Bryan 5.0Sue was amazing to deal with and very prompt with her communication. She has thought of everything, with the van ready to go and well stocked that we only needed to pack our clothes. We had a great week away as a family and we couldnt recommend Sue and the van more.
