Hiring rules
- Important Information for Annie’s Guests.
- To make sure your journey with Annie, our caravan, is enjoyable and safe, please read and follow these essential guidelines:
- No Smoking: Smoking inside the caravan is strictly forbidden at all times.
- Permitted Roads: Annie is designed only for use on sealed and bitumen roads. Travel on offroad surfaces is not allowed. However, travel on formed gravel roads within National Parks may be permitted if you have obtained prior approval.
- Respect and Care: We ask that you treat Annie as if she were your own. Please let us know immediately about any damage, even if it seems minor, so we can keep Annie in the best possible condition for future travellers.
- Weather Precautions: Always pack away the awning at the first sign of bad weather to prevent possible damage. Close the roof vent and skylight during rain, storms, or high winds for safety.
- Toilet Maintenance: Please ensure the toilet cassette is emptied before you return Annie. If the cassette is not emptied or is returned dirty, a cleaning fee will apply.
- Cleanliness: We provide general cleaning products for your convenience. Please return Annie in the same clean condition you received her to avoid additional cleaning charges.
- Ventilation and Safety: For your comfort and safety, keep all air vents unblocked. Proper ventilation ensures fresh airflow and helps reduce the risk of carbon monoxide buildup.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
