Additional information
I have a lock box on my property which holds the keys for the van - instructions will provided on the day prior to pick up. Van must be returned with full tank of fuel and parked in a P1 are (permit area) near pick up address. Tolls will be paid by the hirer.
Hiring rules

- Must inform in advance of location / distance intended on travelling
- Off road / Unsealed roads are not permitted

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Noémie 3.0We rented this camper van for two weeks. At first, we actually wanted to return it because of hygiene issues and an unpleasant smell inside. The owner did not agree to take it back but did a move n'y offering to have it cleaned instead. As we didnt really have another option without losing our money, we accepted. After the cleaning and with regular airing, the smell improved a lot, and the van became perfectly manageable for the rest of the trip. The vehicle itself is reliable and functional: the fridge and heating worked very well, and the air conditioning, while subtle, was still useful. One thing to be aware of is that it feels quite slippery on wet roads, especially in corners, so extra care even with a slow drive in rainy weather. The main downside for us was the fuel consumption. The listing advertised 7.9 L/100 km, which was the one reason we chose it, but in reality it was closer to 10 L/100 km, both from our own usage and from what we later found online about this model. Overall, its a practical and reliable van, probably better suited for a weekend trip than for a long two-week rental.
Paige 5.0Great experience with this van. Took it up to the blue mountains for a night, van ran very well with no problems. Rob was excellent at explaining everything before we left. Would definitely recommend!

Daniela 4.8I booked the van with Robert and he was very kind and helped me get the van in just a few days. I reserved the van for three days and the trip was fantastic. The van was very tady, safe and comfortable. We andup at last minut far away and Robert was understandable and had no problem with it. I highly recommend Robert and his fantastic van!
