Additional information
We want to make your stay as easy as possible so let us know what configuration you'd like for the beds to be set up for - choose either: 4x single bunks or 1x Double + 2x Bunks A fitted sheet and pillow for each bed is included as standard. Quilts and extra bedding can be supplied if selected when booking for a fee. Let us know if you’d like towels included too. Queenie will be stocked with some basic items to get you relaxing sooner such as: Coffee + Tea Sugar Cooking Oil Cooking pan Chopping board Gas bottle for stove Spatula, Knife, Tongs + Utensils Plates + Bowls Moka Pot + Kettle Dishwashing Liquid Multipurpose Spray Cloths and Tea Towels Mugs and drinking Glasses Paper Towel Board Games Fire Lighter Bug Spray Sunscreen Hand Soap Emergency Loo roll Delivery availability subject to our schedule up to 50km from Broulee.
Hiring rules
- While she is up for adventure Queenie is not built for off road conditions. We understand most campsites need access via an unsealed road so as much detail as possible about your trip is much appreciated.
- While well behaved pets are allowed, keep them off seating and beds.
- Smokers, please respect our family and other campers comfort by keeping away while smoking.
- Please treat our van like the Queen she is return her in the condition you receive her including taking your food and rubbish with you. A cleaning fee will apply if there is rubbish left behind.
- We understand things happen! Please just let us know so we are able to get it sorted for the next people to enjoy.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Andrew 5.0Nice and cosy trailer. Kids loved the bunk beds and open space. Got the additional SUP and kayak which was a treat for the family. Great communication with Bridget. Highly recommend and will definitely hire again.
Geoffrey 5.0Great with our 2 young kids with single bunk beds above the double. Oldy but a goody. Were some ants so don't leave food out. And fridge was not cooling with just the battery - need solar going I think - but I'm sure Bridget and Jake will be fixing that. They were very accomodating.
