  Camplify (not Prabin) has been very disappointing to deal with and I would not recommend. Prabin has been excellent and fast in communication. I understood the 'spirit' of a Camplify hire was that vans were ready to go with everything you need perhaps my expectations were unrealistic: I expected it to be set up to allow me to hop in and drive away therefore Van and inclusions were not what I expected eg: I had to buy and bring my own gas for stove, there was only a pot without a handle to boil water, no tea towel/pot holders, no step for short persons to get in and out or reach awning or cook at stove, no freezer, no outdoor table, van has no capacity to connect to power and therefore no extension lead (I booked a powered site), plugging lap top in did not work (could have been my error) however I was able to charge phone from van solar USB port, no front window shade(a cheap way of increasing privacy and insulation on a cold weekend) I assumed "linen supplied" meant top sheet blankets pillow however it was a fitted bottom sheet, towel, 2 decorative pillows and a throw for the lounge (when I mentioned this they went and grabbed a pillow form the unit) - I was freezing - perhaps my expectations were unrealistic here, van smelt of damp (or urine) needs a good airing, Glen 20 and some moisture absorbing product.

  A great few days in the van. Everything i needed and it was very easy to drive. I went to Glenworth Valley. just perfect!

  Had an amazing time; the van made my camping trip very smooth sailing and lots of fun. The pull out kitchen was lovely for cooking out in nature with a view! Will definitely book again

  Van was comfortable and easy to drive... accommodations were fairly basic but reflective of the hire price. Broken central screen and no radio was a pain .. had some alternative radio unit which I couldn't figure out so took my own portable set up. Would recommend to younger travellers but if you're 60 plus forget it .. just too cramped to comfortably move around in.
