If unsure, please reach out for advice. The camper is equipped with a Cruisemaster DO35 hitch system. We can provide the complete tow bar, including the DO35 pin—just ensure it fits your vehicle. If you're unsure, feel free to ask for guidance. Sealed roads preferred; short dirt road access to your campsite is fine. If your vehicle is not equipped with an electric brake controller, we can provide a camper-mounted EB2 unit with a standard 7-pin flat plug (additional fee applies). Don’t want to tow? We offer a full Delivery & Setup Service within ~120 km of Kedron. Hiring rules

• 🚭 No Smoking or Vaping
• Smoking or vaping inside the van is strictly prohibited. This is a familyfriendly caravan, and we want to maintain a healthy environment for all users.
• A $250.00 cleaning fee will apply if any evidence of smoking is found.
• 🚫 No OffRoad or Unsealed Roads
• This caravan is not permitted on offroad or unsealed surfaces. Please stick to sealed roads only.
• A $500.00 cleaning fee will apply if there is evidence of offroad use or unreasonable cleaning requirements.
• 🐾 Pet Policy
• We welcome small pets but ask that they stay off the beds and furniture. The van must be returned clean and free of pet hair. Additional cleaning fees may apply if extra cleaning is needed.
• 🧼 Cleaning and Maintenance
• Please return the caravan clean, with rubbish removed and dishes washed.
• Prefer not to clean? Add our optional “Clean the Van for Me” service for an extra fee.
• 🛠️ Breakages and Damage
• All damage or breakages must be reported as soon as possible. Please treat the caravan with care to avoid additional repair costs.
• 🎉 Festivals and Events
• Planning to attend a festival or special event?
• Please request prior approval. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the caravan is used at events without consent.
• 🛑 Weight Limits and Load
• Do not exceed the caravan’s ATM or payload.
• Overloading can cause damage and is unsafe — hirers are responsible for ensuring proper load distribution.
• 👥 Drivers and Towing Requirements
• All drivers must be fully licensed and approved in advance.
• Your vehicle must have an adequate towing capacity and a compatible tow hitch and trailer plug.
• This van is fitted with an Elecbrakes EB2 Bluetooth brake controller, making it easy to tow with most vehicles — no hardwiring required!

  We hired the SEQ Sunrise 2022 Iconn E2 camper over Christmas and New Year and had a fantastic experience. The van was extremely well maintained, very comfortable, and perfect for our trip. The owner was incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process stress-free. We would highly recommend this camper and wouldnt hesitate to hire it again!

  Weekend away in the caravan was amazing. It was everything we asked for communication was fantastic and handover was very straightforward. Would highly recommend renting this caravan as if we need another one in the future we will be definitely booking it for a second time.
